Comcast is denying you when they say they need the whole lease. For example, what you pay in rent does not concern them. You can also invite Comcast to contact your apartment manager to confirm that you are a new tenant. But frankly, I don`t understand why Comcast thinks it should be able to see your lease. According to your company`s BS, they want to see that you are not related to someone who was a former resident. How does this make a difference? If Comcast didn`t sign someone on the polka dot line as a customer, it makes no difference that they could have lived in a house or apartment with the person who signed up for the service.
